Why should scoliosis be diagnosed early?
Early diagnosis is extremely important because the detection of a small curve enables us to act and halt the progression of deformity. Small curves can be successfully reduced with physiotherapy and bracing, and in most scoliosis cases, spinal surgery can be avoided.
